Re-seller Terms and Conditions:

* Reseller can charge any price for Signups! We just supply wholesale prices.

* Reseller can use Orders for there own MLM program, but must not use Orders SOLEY for there own MLM Program. Violation of this will cause Resellers account to be terminated and penalty fees may be billed to Reseller.

* Reseller is responsible for all personal sales of conduct that refer to their business, and all dealings with clients contacted through their website.

* Reseller is responsible for payment of orders on time, which are sent to AffiliatePros.Net to be processed for signups. No credits will be given. A receipt of payment is to accompany the urls for the amount of leads required.

* Reseller must have a EGOLD, STORMPAY  or Paypal account to order signups .

* While being one of AffiliatePros suppliers, the AffiliatePros re-seller understands that while AffiliatePros intends to supply promptly we cannot be held liable or responsible for any dealings or delays .

* Re-seller will be responsible for building and payment of own website including all maintenance

* Resellers website is to reviewed by AffiliatePros before they launch.

* A one time $49.95 Setup fee is required!
