All Orders are handled on a first in, first out basis. If we have problems with any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem, and email our customers with the estimated time for the problem to be corrected.

Pursuant to this Agreement, AffiliatePros.Net   of 109 E 17th, Suite 4, Cheyenne, Wy 82001, and its "Clients" shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by AffiliatePros.Net   is final and binding.  We are not responsible for member counts being off if your site has been inoperative and signup's cannot be redirected to a different URL (for any reason).  Upon completion of your signup's order (not real time) you will be emailed your signup's record including IP, date and time stamp.

2.) AffiliatePros.Net   is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client's database. A person may signup for similar offers at different web sites and at different times.

4.)  AffiliatePros.Net  will make every effort to fulfill an order within 7 business days after order placement. However,  AffiliatePros.Net may take up to 30 business days to completely fulfill an order for premium signups only when this service is running.

5.) AffiliatePros.Net   will only refund if we cannot generate the amount of signup's/leads that you order.  All leads/signup's are kept in spreadsheet form so we know what has been entered into your site. See below information on paid signups (CPA SIGNUPS or Paid Signups)

6.) An order can be canceled up to 24 hours after payment is received.  After that point the funds have already been put into generating the signup's/leads/traffic for your order.

In the event that the Do Not Call law should be in effect you the client understands that it is your responsibility to scrub your leads against the Do Not Call List prior to contacting your leads/signup's  Failure to follow this procedure may result in heavy fines.  AffiliatePros.Net  will not assume any liability in this situation.

13.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

14.)  AffiliatePros.Net  reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

15.) Unpaid orders are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge and the Client is also liable to pay any and all legal/attorney fees which was required to recover the payment.

16.) The relationship between AffiliatePros.Net  and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming and the federal courts situated in the State of Wyoming in connection with any action arising between the parties.

17.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect.

18.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

Buyer knows there is NO TIME FRAME on this service and that all sales are final. We do give a 6 Month Window for refunds per our sales page. If you want to change a URL, An audit will be done by our marketing team to ensure that the Website is approved and worthy of advertising.

AffiliatePros.net   Does not take responsibility to any issues that may arise while calling any purchased leads. AffiliatePros.net  will provide the time stamp and DSN No for your convince in dealing with any complaints that may arise from the person called.

AffiliatePros.net   is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any leads that were passed to our customers that may have been on the NO CALL List.  Buy and Call all  leads from affiliatepros.net  at your own risk.

IF a Refund is requested for any service, the Refund  will only be issued on a case by case basis. Allow 48 to 72 hours for any Authorized Refunds.
